Internship in Crypton Studio for developers
Crypton Studio is an IT company specializing in blockchain development. For six years on the global market, we have become the largest company in the segment of customized blockchain development in Europe. Since then, we have done 100+ various projects for clients from 20 countries.
In our team, there are 100+ developers. To keep up with the growth rate and maintain the quality of development, we launched a free internship course for a smart contract developer on Rust (Solana) and Solidity (Ethereum).
Prospects
After previous internships, 25+ members got job offers. After successfully completing the internship, you can choose one of the following employment formats:
- remote;
- relocation to the Latvian office (Riga) with the prospect of relocation to France, USA, or Canada;
- relocation to Thailand (Phuket).
For the internship, we select candidates who already have a programming base.
The internship takes place in weekly sprints, and 80% of the time is devoted to practice:
→ Listen to an introductory lecture
→ Complete the assignment on the topic of the lecture before the deadline. We provide useful guides and links, and self-searching is also encouraged.
→ As the progress of the tasks, you receive comments and reviews from mentors
This format allows us to assess your potential and responsibility in real work. This gives us the opportunity to make an offer to some participants after a month of internship.
Internship in the direction smart contract developer
— in Solidity
You will learn to:
- Work with advanced blockchains (Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon);
- Create decentralized applications on Solidity;
- Interact with finished protocols and integrate them into your decentralized applications.

How to enroll?

— in Rust
You will learn to:
- Create a service for the development of Solana blockchain projects;
- Provide high-speed operation within the network with a low level of server load;
- Write on-chain programs for consensus on Solana.

Selection
Each course has a limited number of seats. As the internship is free, it is important to select only high-motivated and eliminate those that just came by out of curiosity. So the selection includes 3 steps:
- Questionnaire. Formal data about you, your goals and experience.
- Selection task. In the comments to the task, you will find express material for learning this language, which will be enough for you to solve the selection. It will help us understand your level in programming.
- Video interview. After completing the selection process, the candidate records a video interview on the platform for assessing soft- and hard skills, and then we schedule a personal interview.
