Crypton Studio has reached over 100 employees
IT-startup from Tomsk, Russia has reached over 100 employees after 5 years of work in blockchain-development.
«As the needs of our current clients grow and the new ones keep coming, getting 100 was not a goal itself, it has mostly happened for reasons of ongoing projects, so we try to balans, while getting developers for long term and exact assignments. By the end of this year we are planning to grow up to 150 people in company» — says Aldar Sandanov, STO of Crypton Studio.
Crypton Studio has existed since 2016 and since then we are developing and keep working on over 120 projects of different complexity during this time.We work with different types of products, for example NFT marketplace, Staking platform, Crowdfunding platforms (IDO), Decentralized exchange/swaps, Tokenization platform, Exchanges, Payment apps for merchants, Mobile wallet and many others.
Working with customers from all continents, we have already covered more than 21 countries of the world and found a common language even with the most geographically distant customers.
According to Fortune Business Insights, which is also quoted by RBC, the blockchain technology market (within some new types of products, which are already available in Crypton studio) will reach $ 21 billion by 2025, although in 2017 it was only $ 1.64 billion. Analysts predict growth at an average annual rate of 38.4%. In different countries, legislation is gradually being formed to work with such technology and the use of blockchain in a growing number of areas every day.
Today Crypton Studio is an international company, we have opened an office in Riga and within a year we are opening representative offices in Germany and France. We are working on 32 projects of the full development cycle from brief to market launch, and keep working on them after the market launch. Project managers distribute tasks among their teams, in Tomsk and in Riga we are all placed near, reduce communication fails and helping with more life-conversations. Company lets you start your way as a developer in Tomsk and keep it going in our offices in Germany or France, taking care about comfort relocation for all of the employees and helping them on their new place with new educational programs and support. A few headmasters and 2 of our sales-managers are already working in Riga.

Most of all we have Back end and Front end developers in the company, almost 23% of all employees are specialists in each direction. The staff includes experts for all stages of work, from sales-manager and analysts to testers, mobile developers and designers.
