Crypton Academy
We at Crypton studio have been engaged in custom blockchain development of projects of various complexity for 5 years. Working in offices in Tomsk and Riga and opening representative offices in Germany and France, we launch Crypton Academy and open positions for internships of developers in the studio!
From July 30, studio developers train in three areas: Solidarity blockchain developer (writing smart contracts), Front end developer and Back end developer.
We have brought together more than 100 specialists in all areas of development and create 15 different types of products. Working with customers from around the world, we design NFT marketplaces, steaking platforms, crowdfunding platforms, decentralized networks, smart contracts, exchanges and more.
The main difference between the Academy and university courses is that we emphasize practice and internship in blockchain development both in our studios in Tomsk and Riga, and in foreign partner companies.
A mentoring system operates here when experienced developers observe the development of the jung. So, all students of the academy have the opportunity to start with an internship at Crypton and get to the senior position in one of our offices or in any other company in the IT field. In addition, Crypton developers always have the opportunity to comfortably relocate to Europe.
A leader is assigned to each direction of the internship — the current technical lead or leading developer, and in addition to them a mentor and HR. The main thing in the internship is 80% of practice. With each week, we will increase the volume of practical tasks and, according to an individual plan, share theoretical knowledge.
The study itself is free for the student, so we make a serious selection for each place. At the end of each week, we hold an intern check: it is important that everyone be comfortable, so once a week HR and mentor communicate with the intern, discuss the personal trajectory of the educational process and find the most suitable tasks for each direction of preparation.
